1. Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
The item should be in its original packaging.
2. Items That Are Not Eligible for Return
There are certain products that cannot be returned. These include:
Gift cards.
Downloadable software products.
Health and personal care items.
3. Additional Non-Returnable Items:
Opened Books, with obvious signs of use.
CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
4. Cancellation of Order Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order before the product is dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will issue a full refund for the cancellation. Once the product is dispatched, please refer to our Return Policy for Products After Dispatch.
5. Return Policy for Products After Dispatch
Once a product is dispatched, our standard return policy applies. The item must be returned in unused, original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. If the item is defective or damaged upon delivery, please reach out to us within 48 hours for a replacement or exchange.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original payment method.
Refund processing time: It may take 7–10 business days for the credit to be posted to your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
9. Exchanges

Please note that we do not offer any warranty on free gifts or promotional items provided with a purchase. These items are given as-is and are not covered under our standard warranty or return policy.
11. Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.
Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Tracking and Insurance: For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
