1. Eligibility for Exchange
We offer exchanges on products if they meet the following conditions:
Defective or Damaged Items: If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will offer a replacement or exchange.
Incorrect Items: If the product you received is not the item you ordered, we will replace it with the correct one.
Items Not As Described: If the product is not as described in the listing or does not function as expected, we will offer an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item should be in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
2. Non-Eligible Items for Exchange
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges for the following items:
Products that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer.
Personal care items such as skincare, grooming products, etc.
Opened or unsealed products like software, media, or DVDs.
Consumables such as batteries, cables, or other small accessories that have been opened or used.
Products that are marked as final sale or non-returnable.
3. How to Initiate an Exchange
To start an exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at +91 9870456654 or mail us on info@kenielectronics.com within 7 days of receiving your product. Please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and, if applicable, photos of the defect or damage.
Approval: Once we review your request and determine eligibility, we will send you instructions on how to proceed with the return and exchange.
Return the Product: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include any accessories or documentation that came with it. Do not send the product back to the manufacturer. Use the return address we provide in our exchange approval email.
New Product Shipment: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you a replacement item of the same product (subject to availability). If the exact product is not available, we will offer you a similar product or a full refund, based on your preference.
4. Shipping and Return Costs for Exchanges
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs associated with the exchange unless the item is damaged or defective due to our error.
Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or exchange value if the exchange is initiated.
Exchange Shipping: We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product to you if the exchange is due to a defect, damage, or shipping error on our part.
5. Exchange Processing Time
Once we receive the returned product, please allow 5-7 business days for us to inspect and process the exchange. We will notify you via email with an update on the status of your exchange.
Delivery times for the replacement item may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier, but we will do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible.
6. Exchange for Gifts
If you received a product as a gift and wish to exchange it, the process remains the same. However, please note:
If the product was marked as a gift during the purchase and shipped directly to you, we will issue an exchange or a gift credit for the value of the returned item.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will issue the exchange to the original purchaser.
7. No Warranty on Freebies or Promotional Items
Please note that freebies or promotional items that may have been included with your purchase are not eligible for exchange or warranty coverage.
